Facebook’s solar-powered internet drone

Facebook has been flying high during the past couple weeks, beating Wall Street’s estimates (sending its shares to an all-time high) and completing a successful test flight of its solar-powered internet drone.

The Facebook internet drone, named Aquila, flew at a few thousand feet for 96 minutes, and the company hopes it will have a fleet of drones that can fly for at least three months at a time.
