Associate General Counsel at Deutsche Bank
Caroline Stratton is an Associate General Counsel at Deutsche Bank in their Asset Management ‘DWS’ division, heading up the legal support for their European traditional investments business. Caroline spent the first five years of her career in private practice at Linklaters, working in its London, Hong Kong and New York offices during that time.
She joined Deutsche Bank in 2006 starting out as a derivatives lawyer and moving into Asset Management in 2008. Caroline has two young children and returned to work from her second maternity leave in 2017. She is currently the head of Deutsche Bank’s UK/EMEA Legal Diversity and Inclusion Council.
