Jenny is the Director of Business and Apprenticeships at CILEx Law School. She is responsible for the development and delivery of legal apprenticeships from Level 2 Legal Administration, Paralegal, Chartered Legal Executive and in conjunction with City, University of London, the Solicitor Apprenticeship. Jenny has been part of the trailblazer development group for the new legal apprenticeship standards and prior to that she was on the steering group which created the first legal apprenticeships in 2013.

Jenny advises firms on the apprenticeship levy, recruitment and induction of apprentices, and how to structure apprenticeships for new and current staff.

She has overseen the development of 250 apprentices through CILEx Law School, and is pleased to watch their careers flourish.

Previously, Jenny was a solicitor at what was then Rowe & Maw (now Mayer Brown). She is also a member of the local enterprise partnership and an associate governor of a school in Bedfordshire.
