Event [London]: From Paris to Bonn: Taking stock of climate progress

Six months after the United States announced its intention to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement and closely following November’s Climate Conference in Bonn, Thomson Reuters will host a high-level discussion to assess the progress of the climate agreement.

  • What sort of “radical” collaboration is required to make Bonn matter and Paris a reality?
  • Are the temperature limits outlined in the Paris Agreement attainable?
  • What are the policy limitations?
  • Has Paris already triggered an unstoppable innovation revolution and can technology offer the breakthrough solutions required?

We look forward to seeing you at what promises to be a fascinating discussion with:

SPEAKER: Christiana Figueres
Former Executive Secretary of the UNFCCC and Convenor, Mission 2020

MODERATOR: Axel Threlfall
Editor-at-Large, Reuters
